We have been doing with valley homes and Tianna has been absolutely amazing with communication. A lot of offices either don't pick up or expect you to do the foot work for them, She is always there when have questions and makes sure to follow up with any work we have done with the. She has an awesome phone presents and attitude towards her job which is also rare to find. All in all we appreciate Valley homes and are extremely grateful that we were their first call. I am a control freak and having a company manage my properties on my behalf is scary. I interviewed a bunch of property management companies and Valley Homes stood out amongst all the other companies. They are responsive and most importantly, I actually can talk to a real person and not a machine. The team keeps me in the loop on big and small items because they know I am a control freak.
