In 2016 Valley Home’s Co-Founder & CFO, Wendy Carbone began researching local property management firms to represent her investment portfolio. During that time, Wendy interviewed numerous companies, reviewed their agreements, and analyzed the services offered and the cost of those services.  She discussed her findings with her son,  Anthony Carbone, a local REALTOR®.  Since what she was looking for did not seem to exist, the duo decided that in order to attain the representation and level of service she was looking for, they would need to create it. Their combined experience in real estate investing, business management, and real estate sales made for a solid foundation to create a business to fill this gap. 

On October 31, 2017, their vision came to fruition, and Valley Homes Property Management, LLC opened its doors. The mother-son team continued to sell real estate under a separate brokerage, and they began to manage rentals under their own company. Over the next four years, The Carbone’s strategically grew their business. 

They continued educating themselves on the local real estate market and the overall growth of the Huntsville/Madison area and how this would impact the clients they were working with. Each transaction was an opportunity to analyze buyer and seller motivations and negotiating tactics, which allowed them to formulate techniques to overcome a multitude of challenges.  Working with dozens of cooperating agents provided an opportunity to build relationships with peers and create valuable contacts for future transactions. The company scaled rapidly, resulting in a  company transition just four years later.

In August 2021, Valley Homes Property Management, LLC transitioned to a Full Service Real Estate Firm and took the name Valley Homes Realty & Property Management. This transition allowed for a one-stop shop for buying, selling, and residential property management.

With our one-stop shop structure, we have grown our sales team into a diverse group of highly qualified, extremely motivated agents who are here to serve all of your real estate needs.  With decades of experience in all phases of market climate and countless types of transactions, our team is ready to help!
